应变诱发铁素体相变对低碳钢晶粒细化的影响

Effects of Strain—Induced Phase Transformation of Ferrite on Grain Refinement for LOW Carbon Steel

Abstract:The evolution of m~crostructures of low carbon steel during the deformation of austenite at lower temperature was investigated,and the deformation resistance was measured.The result indicates that the strain—induced ferrite exists in mlcrostructure when the deformatlon temperature is above A ,and the resistance to def。rmation reduces as the deformation temperature decreases in certain temperature range.The ferrite grains can be refined through lowering the deformation tern—perature.
