【摘要】:全面介绍了一种新的金属表面改性技术,即盐浴铁素体氮碳共渗的工艺过程及其控制要点,渗氮温度和渗氮时间等工艺参数的确定,盐浴中CNO^-和CN^-含量的控制,盐浴的维护,工件的预先热处理以及渗氮质量的检验,并结合生产实际作了说明。

Abstract: In relation to salt bath ferritic nitrocarburizing, a new surface modification
technology, such problems as technological processes and their control, determination of nitrocarburizing temperature and duration and other parameters, control of CNO and CN contents in the salt bath, maintenance of the salt bath, conditioning heat treatment for workpieces and examination of nitrocarburizing quality, were all-sidedly described. In addition, the salt bath ferritic nitrocarburizing was explained in association with actual production.
